When you mentioned LWR I had to chuckle. I still remember Dave's pick 12 and how fantastic that sounded to me. After I first spun it I sat in my chair and said to no one DAMN. Paid no mind until I was trolling here and LWR had posted on the sound quality of 12. I had to chime in as that pick just stood out in my system anyway. That Ms. Jackson sure can record.I was late to the Dead party but have done a lot of listening in the past few years. Making up for lost time and always enjoyed LWR's postings as I know he was an insider.
I do not know what it is with upstate NY and the Dead but a buddy who is a dedicated and long time CA dead head had a Buffalo NY war memorial 10 in reel to reel that was playing and it just slayed me. Do not know the year but what a rip.
Ordered this on cd and looking forward to the spin.
