Okay, you natives are getting restless, and keep bugging me for more under-the-radar stuff from 1986.

Chico DeBarge was/is the younger brother of his family's band, DeBarge. 30 years ago, Chico had a minor freestyle hit, "Talk To Me." As you may have surmised, it was popular in high schools, such as mine. But it was really the girls, who loved this song. When it came to dance moves, the girls were more dexterous than you & I were. So that was another major reason why they liked "Talk To Me" more.

Watching the girls pull off quick dance moves, I got mad. I complained to them, "I wish you were that fast in football, baseball, and basketball!"

Yeah, well, those girls are now deep into adulthood. Thus, it's safe for us guys to break out "Talk To Me," and show off our dance moves.
