Bonney is one of my favorite sopranos and so is well represented
in my CD collection. Highlights are Wolf's Italian Lieder Book
with Hakan Hagagaard, another disk of Wolf & Strauss Lieder,
her lead in Bach's St. Matthew Passion with Gardiner, and a
wonderful disk of Mozart Songs with Geoffrey Parsons. I
haven't been keeping up since her disk of American songs
with Previn, but I've heard the Swedish songs disk in
particular is really very nice.I've seen her in recital a couple of times -- not to be missed.
