Hi folks,
I want to recommend you a very sweet jazz pianist Herman Foster, whose 2 LPs ("The Explosive Piano,"1960 and "Have You Heard," 1961) on 1 CD were reissued a few months ago. Surely he ain't Monk or Evans, but nonetheless he is a very enjoyable musician and his playing style has a an unusual warmth and feeling.
I wholeheartedly recommend it to you. It's 75 minutes of pure delight. The sound quality is quite decent.
