There's a brand-spanking new organ being built at St. Vincent Ferrer (869 Lexington Avenue, at 66th Street) by the Schantz Organ Company (Ohio). Huge (4,000 pipes) and SOTA materials. It's going to be up and running end-of-summer/early fall. Here's a link to the NY Times article:
