Just saw Audra McDonald , joined by Leonard Slatkin and the NSO at Wolf Trap... what a fabulous, fabulous talent!!!
This is the second time I've seen her, and I can't wait to hear her again. You guys have got to drop everything and go see her if she is anywhere within a 500 mile radius :)
I was saying this to someone at the concert -- what you have with Audra is a very rare combination -- truly world-class "chops" AND truly world-class dramatic presentation, delivery, and charisma.
One of a kind.
