...visited the website run by Evas` cousin Laura Bligh? This lets you know all the recent developments, pictures, her paintings and there`s even a Guest Book where you can see messages from other people and add your own. The video of Eva singing `Somewhere Over The Rainbow` was filmed in Mick Fleetwoods club, and yes I have got the `Live At Blues Alley` album, as well as all the others; going back to the video, no doubt you`ll all get the chance to see it soon if things carry on as they are - it is absolutely captivating and is the most requested clip in the history of the BBC programme on which it was featured, having to be repeated a fortnight later and ultimately resulting in the present No 1 position held by `Songbird` in the National Charts. Apparently, on the above mentioned website there is a short clip of Eva messing around doing a little dance, but my browser won`t display it. The guy who actually saw her in the flesh has my undying envy - you were truly blessed, and I`d give my right arm to have spent an hour in your shoes. Finally, for now, an album perhaps not as available as Eva`s others is the collaberation with Chuck Brown named `The Other Side`. If you think you`ve heard the best jazz singer, select `God Bless The Child` and think again.
