Actually I only have the Big Mamas Door release but have also heard a couple of tracks by AYH on compilations and they are quite good. Sounds like I should be glad not to have picked up his more recent release. Ah well he's not the first, and probably won't be the last, to get it 'right' early on and then try to morph into something more mainstream, thereby losing the uniqueness that made him successful in the first place. I feel somewhat the same way about Guy Davis and Ben Harper.
