Sections for box sets, 10 inchers and 45s on top. Artists on inner shelves same order as CDs. All vinyl has been digitized into lossless files, organized and stored with CD rips on a harddrive and several backups. I've recently completed an inventory where all music CDs and vinyl is in a spreadsheet - Artist, Album, Year, Format. Also have fields for label, matrix, etc. where I may store additional information.
