Couldn't agree more ,instantly recognizable . A man with an unmistakably beautiful tone deserving a place with the greatest alto players of all time,if not at the very pinnacle .

For those interested you can find this tune on Take Ten and one of the great photos on the video , most of Brubeck Quarter , does have Jim Hall who plays on this album and most,if not all, of Desmond's RCA recordings from this era. All well worth having.
