Chris, I know you're an anglophile when it comes to LPs, but some quick research indicates the English set usually costs more than the American, at least on ebay. And I've seen the American set in the bins for next to nothing, though probably not in the best condition. I paid nothing for mine, but I'm not planning on flipping it and retiring on the proceeds.
Good luck finding the original mono set in NM shape at any price.
