We all know it's a very good recording as proven to me anyway by the QOBUZ 16/44.1 Lossless FLAC streaming version but the vinyl copy does not measure up.
Just bought a Reference Recordings LP pictured above at the California Audio Show. As revelation as to what a modest Rega RP-6/JICO MM-1 setup can do.
There is no comparison.
Now I gotta get the Grieg set on SACD and settle this once and forever.
