I completely agree, John - this is the best Meistersinger video I've seen, and among the best operas on video, period. Superbly performed by singers who know how to act, with excellent camera work. And Jurowski's conducting is exceptional.

My only quibble is with the singer cast as Stolzing, whose voice is rather too light and nasal.
