I really enjoyed your comments. It's nice to know ones' neighbors no matter where you live. As a matter of fact I grew up in your neck of the woods and still consider myself a Washingtonian even though I've been away for twenty five years. I graduated from Woodway High School in Edmonds. Today I met a world famous poet from Port Angeles whose name is Tess Gallager. What a thrill! She was married to Raymond Carver who is one of America's greatest short story fiction writers. Robert Altman made a movie called "Short Cuts" based on Carvers' work. I thought you might be interested if you didn't already know.
