Mystery Modern Jazz Piece: Can Anybody identify It?

I tried a music identification website (picture), but it couldn't find the jazz piece....... I included a link so you can hear the music sequence. This used to be on the "smooth jazz" or "new age" stations back in the 1980s. But since that time, I have had no luck identifying this jazz piece. The melody is played by a flute (an octave higher than the audio sample, clicking the "speaker" symbol- The audio sample also leaves out the last four notes), and has acoustic guitars and light percussion in the accompaniment. (The actual melody is well into the tune, kind of a secondary melody. The entered melody might be off by a semitone. But the melody itself is pretty accurate.)

If anybody can identify this, it would be appreciated.
