Uchida, which is a sensuous take on the Etudes. I am a major Debussy fan but find the Etudes hard to get to know. Not sure how in depth your knowledge or love of Debussy is but I know you like vocal recordings, so I will recommend two other ideas to you:
1) The Cello Sonata from 1915. A great, great piece.
2) Dawn Upshaw's Forgotten Songs release from Sony. Features terrific performances of two major early Debussy cycles (Ariettes oubliettes and 5 Baudelaire Poems) as well as some less-successful earlier songs. This is major - and under appreciated - music.
