Nicola Benedetti happens to be my second-favorite "babe" violinist who has surfaced in recent time. (With Sayaka Shoji being the first.) I purchased her Tchaik and Bruch Violin Concerti...... Although maybe not at the level of the absolute greats, very enjoyable nonetheless. Benedetti is one of those performers who enables the listener to appreciate the genius of the composer, not just the ability of the performer.
