LIBATIONS: Soda pop?? While I never drink alcohol to get drunk, I enjoy a glass of wine [or craft beer] on weekends, usually with or after dinner. Properly sipped, 6 ounces can last for several hours. Very enjoyable.
If you must be alcohol-free, may I suggest a non-alcoholic version of my famous cocktail, the Martini Minor.
16 oz non-sweetened seltzer water [Canfield's is outstanding]
5-8 oz of fruit juice [apple, pear, cranberry, grape, etc].
A generous squeeze of fresh lime [may substitute 2 tablespoons of lime juice]
An olive
Shake well, serve chilled
QUESTIONS: your proposition is interesting. I find that I can only listen to music on weekends. Do you do that? Being stress-free is absolutely paramount. In fact, I avoid music during the work week, to the point of muting commercials on TV if they're playing something classical, and so on.
OBSERVATION: No doubt your system give you pleasure, and it's heartening to find such enjoyment. However, the real thing has no substitute. Rich, vibrant, real - live music compared to the canned reproduction of it is like comparing the sun to its reflection in a pond of liquid methane on one of the smaller moons of Neptune.
