I have the Barshai, and it's a good performance, but I find the sound rather congested and bass-shy, like the rest of the set. I really like Haitink's recent version with the Chicago Symphony on CSO Resound (unfortunately not one of their SACD issues)--superb playing, exciting interpretation, very good sound.
