It's all about the music, dude! Sit down, relax and listen to some tunes.

RE: Looking for Classical and Romantic music (CDs) that features Clarinet or Horn solo, chamber music, or ochestra

I'll recommend two of my favorite clarinet works:

1) The Mozart Clarinet Quintet (personally, I like this piece a bit more than the Concerto) which you will greatly enjoy. I recommend the version done by the Lindsay Quartet, which is probably their finest recording, IMHO.

2) The Brahms Clarinet Quintet, from about a hundred years later. A melancholy but very beautiful work lasting about 35 minutes. The Emerson Quartet has a well-regarded recording of that work.

Both of these works are really, really, really good. Enjoy.
