Try Luiz Bonfa's "Non Stop to Brazil" on Chesky - very minimalist miking and very high quality production. Bonfa is a brilliant guitarist and is mostly accompanied by a single percussionist, with Gene Bertoncini on 2nd guitar on 3 tracks. It's a very quite, laid back disk but quite lovely.David Aiken
