But no longer, you even hear a hourly-classical music show, which was broadcast on the NBC-network owned stations in the past, or was syndicated at that time, I am not sure he had anything to do with it.Perhaps Walter Damrosch (the late conductor) forced NBC to broadcast more classical music programs, but later on occassion, instead. Damrsoch was a little too harsh on the network, I guess, and how many recordings did he have of those performances, like the Wagner Tannahauser Suite?
If advertisers want to cater to the classical music audience on the media, they would do it once again. -
