Hi Merle,Love the album too, however Patty Griffin's album Children Running Through is IMHO a far stronger album, both lyrically and musically plus her voice is just so much more emotional.
Seen both live and Lucinda dissapointed me whereas Patty just shocked me as soon as she opened her mouth. This huge voice from such a slight woman. Towards the end of the concert her voice just gave up, you know those times when you kinda choke and can't speak for a few minutes. She was so embarrassed but we loved her more as it made her more 'human'.
