Well,I have no idea, why I tuned out WCPE at various times. - I never said to them, they were providing high-brow "easy-listening" wallpaper of Haydn or Dittersdorf, for people to listen in background, WCPE never said anything about "easy-listening" for use on their own station. WCPE had about four complete symphonies of Brahms, but they were overplayed until taking an break, and by then, it had little of Schumann and Vaughan Williams, although they attempted the Violin Concerto by Barber and a Howard Hanson symphony.
But, I know a lot of classical music than this "Bambi B" character in LA.
