I'm finding the works of Parry, Delius, Holst, Bridge, Vaughn-Williams, Butterworth et al to represent a genre of composition that's enchanting. I'm not uncovering much info on which works might be the highlights of the genre. Can my fellow inmates shine a light on this somewhat unheralded corner of Western music?
