Add Lakecia Benjamin or Alexa Tarantino on the alto, let Ms. Spalding sing, and give the bass duties to Linda Oh. And I can think of a half doze female pianist I would rather hear.

Ms. Carrington is certainly the top pf the game, but if interested in a youngster, check out Shirazette Tinnin. By the way, I heard/Camile Thurman - also on the linked video - last weekend. She is famulous, but I agree with your choice of Ms. Aldana, arguably the best female tenor of all time.
