Home Jazz Alley

From Louis Armstrong to Charlie Parker to the new greats of today, this is the place for Jazz!

RE: Excellent answer

Your recipe doesn't sound half bad. Certainly could do a lot worse for live music. Adding a good jazz player to jam bands seems like a natural. Some of my favorite Dead sets is with Wynton Marsallis. Adding spice to the noodles can be a wonderful thing.

Anyway, I would ad Mose Allison to the list. I remember hearing bongos but not sure about flutes. May need to do some in-depth research today. Mose's lyrics sure conjure up a hipster vibe.
