It's a single LP and the package includes a copy of the program, copy of the poster and a booklet with essays by Monk's biographer, Robin D G Kelley and the high school age promoter, Danny Scher.
Sound quality is generally excellent (The first track, a solo piano performance on Side 2 sounds a bit grungy.), especially since the engineer was a custodian! Surfaces on my copy are clean as can be. The musicians are all really into it.
