LOTS of tracks from that discography that have been favorites over the years.....
The oldest is probably the 1949 Metronome All-Stars track where Miles, Dizzy, and Fats Navarro trade fours (hard to believe it's Miles with those chops!)
Dear Old Stockholm and How Deep Is The Ocean from "Vol 1" on Blue Note.
Moon Dreams from Birth of the Cool (good ol' Gil Evans)
All of You and Ah-Leu-Cha from Round About Midnight are old faves (most of that album, in fact.)
My Ship and Miles Ahead from Miles Ahead with Gil Evans
Joshua and There Is No Greater Love from Four and More (the first jazz album I ever bought).
Frelon Brun and Filles De Kilimanjaro from Filles De Kilimanjaro.
Spanish Key from Bitches Brew
I could go on.....
