It's electric, urban Gnawa music, the music of the Berber Gnawa, the
sorcerers of the Sahara. You might be interested in checking out
traditional urban Gnawa music such as Nass el Ghiwan. You get bit by
one of those little yellow Saharan scorpions and go to a regular
doctor and you will probably die; if you go to the Gnawa, they will
not only cure you, but they will make you a better person: with music
