It's called "Open Season" and it's good. Way different than "The Decline of British Sea Power" and many will find it boring if their fav moments from the first album came in songs like "Aplogies to Insect Life", and there are no immediate standouts like "Remember Me", but it is really consistent, and the songs still rock but in a more understated manner. Of the 80s bands that are popular influences theses days, Echo & the Bunnymen is the one that came to mind with TDoBSP, especially their epic first album, "Crocodiles", and Bunnymen is still the band that comes to mind, but BSP has skipped over the sometimes awkward early-mid period and come out with their "Ocean Rain" already, or maybe the self-titled album that followed Ocean Rain. A very mature but very different sounding second release.I also got Bloc Party's debut release; "Silent Alarm", and this sucker does rock hard. This band has an excellent rhythm section, the drummer is fantastic. Two good albums well worth getting, if you like this kind of thing.
