Whoever does the programming for the Trance channel at Digitally Imported has excellent taste. A near-perfect balance of underground without going too far out, while almost entirely avoiding the cheese of the genre that is nothing but product. I often listen to it at work, and I very, very rarely hear them play a bad track. Armin Van Buuren even has his own show there. I'll occasionally wander to some of the other channels, and their Chillout channel is nice, too, but the Trance channel is the one. Bandwidth selections down to 20K, for those on dial-up.
