I have the SACD too, and have always thought the sound was a bit strange (kind of opaque and oddly balanced, if I remember), at least on the stereo SACD layer. (I'm not equipped for MCH.) I do wonder whether there would be any improvement with the stereo version on the new Blu-ray; I'm not familiar enough with Dolby Atmos to know how it might affect the stereo version (if it does at all--I suspect this would be the case). When looking at the back cover of the disc (image courtesy of Amazon), it would appear that the Dolby Atmos version (MCH, I assume) is only available at 24/48, while the stereo and 5.1 versions are merely "remastered" at 24/96.
