I've subscribed to Qobuz since their USA launch. The Qobuz player apps (both desktop and mobile) have had some issues for me. Worst of all was the original Windows app, which had long buffering time that also locked up the UI and used 50% CPU of my laptop even when music was stopped. Qobuz has been fixing problems over time and it became much more stable.
For the past year, I've been playing Qobuz through a Raspberry Pi streamer. It works fine, demonstrating that Qobuz issues are in their own player app, not the streaming service itself. However all of the Raspberry Pi streamers have a crude, primitive UI. I now use Roon which allows me to run Raspberry Pi with a good interface, but not everybody is willing to pay for a Roon subscription in addition to the streaming service.
