Has anyone successfully placed an order with Arkiv Music, recently? Twice now, I placed orders using gift certificates and each time the order was not fulfilled and there was no credit back to the gift certificate. I've written to customer service but never received a response. It's a small consolation that I'm not chasing down a credit card charge.
