Great - I was hoping that there would be downloads available

In some of those older Ormandy performances, he seemed to permit himself more freedom than he did on his later recordings of the same works. I know there was one performance of the Tchaikovsky Fifth (not sure if it's the one shown on HD Tracks) where I was surprised by the portamenti he allowed the strings to take in certain places.

Of course, as I've mentioned before, 24/96 might be overkill, given the dates of the original recordings, but I'm still glad to have the performances available in this format anyway!
