I like the Entremont/Ormandy/Phildelphia performance of Gershwin's "Concerto in F"..... The sound quality of this LP is tops as well.....

My favorite rendition of Rhapsody in Blue is Earl Wild, Arthur Fiedler and the Boston Pops..... Although the performance may be "straight" by Gershwin standards, I like it mostly because of the spontaneity, it doesn't "drag along" like a lot of performances of this work. (My second-favorite rendition is the Ormandy/Entremont.... )
