I like the newer Chandos recordings of these works with Bavouzet and Noseda a bit better than the older ones with Gutierrez and Berman (maybe because I heard Bavouzet play the Third live with Jurowski and the LPO on tour). MCh does not enter into the equation for me in this case. ;-)
