My favorite performance of this concerto was Lars Vogt with either Simon Rattle conducting Berlin Philharmonic or Herbert Blomstedt conducting Orchestre de Paris..... The latter was once on YouTube, but taken down....... (What I remember about the Blomstedt performance was that Vogt ate up the accompaniment..... It was electric. Amazon offers a video subscription service which the video of this performance would be available.)There is a performance on YouTube with Vogt performing the Concerto with Mariss Jansons, and also a studio recording with Rattle with City of Birmingham SO, but these performances weren't quite at that level.....
So for YouTube, I'll have to settle for Krystian Zimmerman doing both the solo and conductor with the Vienna Philharmonic.......
