Generally speaking, you CAN post it there, I do it sometimes.Several things can happen, none of them frightening. I presume you monetize your videos.
1. The owner will not see any issue.
2. There will be an issue, but you can still post it, and you will split the profit with the owner. My best case was splitting the ad fees with Maria Callas.
3. You will be denied monetization, but the music can still stay.
4. I presume they can remove your video in some cases, but that has not happened to me.
5 Your video may not be visible in some regions.
None of these is particularly upsetting, and I have never received a strike from Youtube, but I still try to avoid them if possible, by selecting the music that does not activate their alarm. There is plenty of it, from some small producers, who acualy might appreciate the promotion. It is common for the viewers to ask the artist's name, if not shown in the video.
