Re: Why Is Phil Spector's "WALL OF SOUND" Held In Such High Esteem?

206.47.244.62

Firstly: It was meant to be heard on car radios...dynamics and a 60's car interior don't go hand in hand...
Secondly: It was meant to sound BIG coming from a small paper cone speaker in mono, to have an almost orchestral quality...

If you play it in the car, or on a boom box, you might have more fun with it...

Be well,
:) M
