As an IT guy

I tend to be quite frank and precise in my assessments. Decades of coding software shaped me that way. Some find that overly blunt. That doesn't mean I don't like or approve of something. Just means I observe differences and how any individual approaches those is a different matter and entirely their business. Great example:

That is a baseless claim. I merely observe and present the obvious. Not all of the back wave of the midrange of dynamic drivers is dipolar. Neither is any of a 57s tweeter panel with the felt completely blocking rear radiation. Those are merely statements of fact. Would likely be happy with Orions or 521s - just avoid the mediocre amplification Siggy tended to recommend.

I'm also not an absolutist as you *seem* to be with the "agree or not posture". There are lots of shades of gray.
