Thanks, I was hoping the cap would not have to be unsoldered. This is from a vehicle dash speaker to restrict low frequencies to the dash speakers .(therefore the heat rating)
Will be replacing OEM dash speakers w higher quality speakers, and will need the cap on the new speakers.
Would there be any value in using an audio grade electrolytic cap assuming I could find one with a high heat rating....
I realize many here do not bother w car audio.....
