I sent a link to this thread to my former boss at Steinway (a wonderful guy), and he remarked that she was playing a Boston, which is one of the two subsidiary brands (the other brand is Essex) sold by Steinway dealers. The Boston piano is made for Steinway in Japan; the Essex is made for Steinway in China.
Steinway's sub-brands have those names, I believe, because at one point Steinway's corporate headquarters, as distinct from the famous factory, was in the Metro Boston area; IIRC, Waltham.
Of course, you are right, this video might bring a marble statue to tears.
