FURUTECH KNOCK-OFFS....buyer beware.

Dear Furutech Distributors,

A quick message about the ever increasing and annoying matter of counterfeit product coming out of China. We now see copies of not only Furutech badged product, but also copies of other brands product with the NCF logo. Please be advised that Furutech does not supply NCF material to any manufacturers for use in their products, so if you find the NCF logo on another makers product it will be counterfeit product (example: Acrolink). I should also mention that NCF is also a registered trademark ("NCF" USA Reg No. 5,145,049; "NCF" Germany No. 30 2016 000 978; "NCF" China No. 18881752; NCF Japan No. 5855796), so if you see any questionable products, let me know.

We have been vigilant in having copy product showing the Furutech or NCF logos removed from popular ecommerce platforms, however, AliExpress (China) has been problematic to deal with and they give little regard to trademark infringements. You can inform customers with confidence that any Furutech or NCF badged product on AliExpress shipping out of China or Hong Kong is without a doubt counterfeit.

If a customer questions, you can advise that NO Furutech product or product part is made in China, so factories there are not unloading excess stock. Also, Chinese import duties on Japanese products are extremely high, so finding low cost authentic Furutech product in China would be impossible.
