RE: HDMI splitter recommendation


As Kal mentioned, you need a HDMI switch.

We have a 3x1 'auto-switching' HDMI switch for the front bedroom TV that does a nice job. It senses which port is receiving the signal then routes it up to the TV. We have the Blu-ray player, AppleTV box, and CableTV box on it.

The switch also has push buttons up front and a remote control if we ever need to override the selected input. $25 on Amazon.

I also bought a 3-pak of short HDMI cables. I think they were about 1-foot as the 3-footers I have on-hand were too long.
