This is one of my faves, not just because it is funny, but because, if you think about it a bit it parodies :-
Most managers
most policy makers,
and most demagogues.
Because nothing they propose / push actually works, but will make things a lot worse.
It may not have made it at all in the USA, but it did okay in the rest of the English speaking world. It even spawned a UK based band named after the title.
Note that it is possible to treat some problems. Some of them just can't be.
