I was experiencing problems accessing the Asylum several weeks ago; very slow response time & usually timeout error. Eventually I figured out that I could use the site at work w/ no issues, which tipped me off that it was probably an anti-virus related issue (using Avast at home & McAfee at work). White-listing the Asylum under Web Shield Exclusions did the trick...
