If you think that's bad, I once auditioned some NuForce 8 mono amps, which had switching power supplies..... The amps actually sounded decent, but the FM tuner played white noise throughout the entire band..... I first thought something went awry with the antenna connection. Only when I went back to my normal amp (Symfonia Opus 10 at the time) did I realize what happened. I then put the NuForce amps back in and tried the FM tuner in the other system across the house, and I heard stations "fighting" the RF noise. The interference from these amps was like a "hurricane", in which typical amps were just a "breeze" at worst.
