My PLASMA TV would effect AM Radio from 50khz (well below AM band) on out to 30mhz.
And not in a good way.
SMPS? Probable. But that screen probably emitted RFI, as well. The plasma cells switched at some function of 600hz.

We had one here in SoCal which went basically from the Mexican Border to Santa Barbara and over into Arizona.
At my house alone, we were 'dark' for about 12 hours. Lights rudely came back on about 0400.
ShortWave listening was the BEST it'd been for decades. Quiet wasn't the word. I could hear an AM station every 10khz for the entire band.
My Ultra-Cheap DAYTON amp wipes out the radio it is sitting on, again switching noise is the probable culprit.
